Magnolia Financial was founded in 1992 to provide
a wide variety of value added business advisory and financial
management services to our clientele. Specifically, the firm provides
customized business advisory, business planning, virtual accounting,
and taxation planning and preparation to a wide variety of privately
held business’s and entrepreneurs.
Our team strives to consistently provide technically competent
services to each of our clients in a time-sensitive manner and
on a competitive fee basis. We recognize that individuals all
process information differently. As such, our team invests substantial
energy learning how best to communicate complex financial information
to each of our clients to provide the greatest impact and highest

Catherine
D. Brumfield, CPA, CMA – President
Cathie has over twenty years of progressive financial accounting
and business advisory service experience in a variety of industries.
Prior to founding Magnolia Financial, and in addition to her audit
experience with two Big 6 international accounting firms, Cathie
served as chief financial officer of a management consulting firm,
an environmental laboratory, and a bank. Cathie is a member of
Holy Spirit Catholic Church, where she sings in the Traditional
Choir, the Dunwoody Rotary Club, GA Society of CPAs, AICPA, IMA,
NFIB, and also has served as director with the Chastain Park Civic
Association. Cathie received her BS in Accounting from the University
of South Alabama.

Ritchie Brumfield – JD, CPA – Vice President
Prior to joining Magnolia Financial, Ritchie served as chief financial
officer for two financial institutions, spent five years on the
audit team of two Big Six international accounting firms, and
served as a consultant to the FDIC in resolving failed financial
institutions. Ritchie is a Georgia licensed attorney, holds Series
6 and Series 63 securities licenses; is a GA licensed health,
accident, and sickness insurance agent; holds a GA real estate
salesperson license; and has recently completed the course work
necessary to sit for the Certified Financial Planner examination.
He is a member of the GA Bar Association, GA Society of CPAs,
MS Society of CPAs, and AICPA. Ritchie received his law degree
from Tulane University and Master of Science in Accountancy and
BS from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Luke
C. Fuller – Senior Associate
Luke has been with Magnolia Financial for over 3 years. Prior
to joining our firm he was a Commercial Loan Officer, Credit Analyst
and Loan Review Officer with two different financial institutions
for six years. Luke’s duties not only included new business
development but also analysis of financial statements of existing
and prospective clients. He holds the Series 7 and Series 63 securities
licenses and is a GA licensed health, accident, and sickness insurance
agent. Luke received his BBA in Finance from the University of
Georgia.
